Your Sons

Morning Moms,

As I sit here and begin my day I would love to know the names and ages of your sons so that I can pray specifically for them also.

As I walk through Magic Kingdom today I will be taking my Prayers on Obedience with me and praying them for not just Nick, your boys but for all the boys I see. God can move mountains!

My sons are David Joseph aka DJ (4) and Asher (2.5). And I am always thinking of and praying for your sweet Nick one of the smallest and greatest prayer warriors I have ever known!

I'm not perfect, I'm not super Mom and I can't do it all and I am working on being ok with that!

I love being Mom and everything that it entails. I love my life, I work full time, lead a Bible Study group and am part of a Single Mom's ministry.
But
I am also divorced. I have found that I hate the term "Single Mom" so much that I have spent 8 years proving that I can do it all. A lot of time by falling on my face. I suck at asking for help, I hate saying "No", and I take a lot of things personal that are not personal. I struggle with my weight and a thyroid autoimmune disease. BUT I love this crazy season God has me in and am walking this out thanks to some crazy friends and awesome family.

This is my journey of learn that I am ok and I don't have to do it all. I am hoping to find healthy boundaries, growth in the Lord and encourage other single parents along the way.
